- Delete my data. Say “delete my Crate data” and name the Google, Instagram or Spotify account you connected. What goes and how fast is on the privacy page — Spotify data within five days, everything else within 30.
- Take me off a page. If you are named on a Crate page — an artist, a venue, the creator of a reel — say which page, and we take you off it and keep a record so the next run does not put you back.
- Copyright. Send the work, the page it is on, and how to reach you. The terms say what happens next.
- Something on a page is wrong. Wrong date, wrong venue, a restaurant that closed, a sighting that should not be up at all. A sighting is read off someone’s reel, so it is wrong sometimes and we would rather hear it.
Crate is one person’s project, not a support desk — expect a reply from a human, in a day or two.
