Logtant is crate.events and app.crate.events, operated by Waybound Strategies LLC, an Oregon company. These are the rules the product keeps; the terms are what you agree to.

A count is a count

Every number on a page is counted from something a person logged, grabbed or registered. Nothing is scored, weighted or measured in the background, and nothing watches what you look at. Where a number is not known, the page says so instead of estimating.

Kept is a number, never a name

A poster sees how many people kept their sighting and how many let it go. They never see who.

Your logbook is yours

Your notes are yours alone. The places you went, the dates and who put you on to them stay in your logbook until you delete them, and deleting is one email — the privacy page says how long each part takes to go.

A poster’s referral is the poster’s

Where a poster has their own ticket referral it rides every ticket link on their sightings. Logtant’s own tag lands only where they have none, and a link that may earn a commission says so beside it. The price you pay is the same either way.

Named from public posts, and off on request

Artists, venues and the creators of public reels are named so a sighting says where it came from. Anyone named who wants off a page asks once and stays off.

One tap does the thing

No two-tap patterns, no click-to-arm, nothing that moves under your finger. A menu stays open until you close it. A page never scrolls sideways.

Only the third parties the privacy page names

The fonts are served from here. No ads, no data sold, no trackers beyond the ones the privacy page lists by name.
